Michael Page partners with a growing South Florida builder delivering luxury luxury custom homes and high-end residential projects. The Senior Superintendent will lead field operations from ground-up construction through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

The client is an established general contractor with nearly 20 years of experience delivering premium residential and select commercial projects throughout South Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role.
• Experience with luxury residential, custom homes, or high-end interiors.
• Proven background in ground-up construction projects.
• Proficient with Procore and construction management technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and field leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation
• Utilize Procore to track project progress, RFIs, punch lists, and reporting
• Partner with project teams, clients, architects, and consultants throughout construction
