You will collaborate with Architects, Builders and Vendors, apply luxury materials, and deliver precise cabinetry, finishes and elevations. A Bachelor's in Interior Design is required, with 8–10 years of experience; NCIDQ/CID preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and InDesign is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program
• 8–10 years of Interior Design experience leading projects from conception to completion
• NCIDQ / CID strongly preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit and Adobe InDesign; strong cabinetry, plumbing and tile detailing knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from conception to completion, managing the design team and client relationships
• Implement finish, lighting, furniture and furnishing selections; produce to-scale floor plans
• Develop cabinetry design and elevations with clear elevations, sections and details
• Lead design presentations with clients, architects, builders and vendor partners
• Document selections in specifications and finish plans for pricing and installation
• Coordinate with expeditor for pricing, procurement, scheduling and installation
• Mentor and support the internal design team and nurture client relationships
