Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Lumion experience preferred for visualizations.
• Strong understanding of FF&E selection and specification.
• Solid grasp of commercial building codes.
• Highly developed space planning abilities.
• Ability to prepare design and presentation documents.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the design vision and leads the execution of design intent.
• Oversees all interior aspects of project delivery.
• Builds trusted-partner relationships to support project delivery.
• Mentors interior designers and leads by example.
• Participates in programming, space planning, design development, and construction phases.
• Coordinates and directs consultants' work.
• Introduces new design concepts and workplace strategies to clients.
• Ensures compliance with contract requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
