Job summary

Banyan Living seeks a Highly Experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our luxury multifamily community in Stow, OH. The role requires a proactive leader with expertise in budgeting, NOI management, and delivering exceptional resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of luxury property management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with Yardi. CAPS/CAM/CPM preferred but not required; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in luxury multifamily housing.
• Experience managing large properties or portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and NOI management.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and real estate laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple property operations ensuring quality and resident retention.
• Develop and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site teams to meet standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
