Banyan Living, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to lead the management of a luxury multifamily community in Stow, OH. This senior role requires proactive leadership, strategic budgeting, and a track record of optimizing financial performance and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury property management, strong financial acumen, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in luxury multifamily housing
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and NOI management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CAPS/CAM/CPM certifications preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and real estate laws

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention
• Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements
• Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction

Banyan Living is actively seeking a Highly Experienced Property Manager to join our team and lead the management of our luxury multifamily community located in Stow, Oh. This senior role demands a proactive leader with an extensive background in property management, particularly within luxury or high-end residential settings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities include

• Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention
• Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing
• Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and NOI management
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required
• Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
