Job summary

Banyan Living, LLC seeks a highly experienced Property Manager to lead the management of a luxury multifamily community in Stow, OH. This senior role requires a proactive leader with extensive property management background, particularly in luxury settings, to drive operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will oversee on-site teams, budgets, reporting, occupancy targets, vendor relations, maintenance and capital projects, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing
• Experience managing large properties or portfolios
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and NOI management
• Deep knowledge of Fair Housing and real estate regulations
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality and high resident retention
• Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy targets
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet standards and goals
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvements
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and regulatory requirements
