Banyan Living, LLC seeks a highly experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a luxury multifamily community in Stow, Ohio. This senior role rewards a proactive leader with extensive property management background, driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The successful candidate will mentor on-site teams, manage budgets and NOI targets, and uphold Fair Housing and safety standards while steering strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience in luxury multifamily housing.
• Proven ability to manage large properties or portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and NOI management.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required.
• Deep knowledge of real estate laws including Fair Housing.
• Ability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple property operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention.
• Develop and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site teams to meet company standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
