Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury multifamily property management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large properties or portfolios and drive occupancy.
• Strong budgeting and NOI management skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Leadership and effective communication across on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple property operations ensuring quality and high resident retention
• Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy targets
• Lead on-site teams and mentor staff to meet standards
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance/capital projects
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and regulations
• Implement strategic initiatives to boost community engagement
