Watersource by Don’s Appliances in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Decorative Plumbing Sr. Showroom Sales Manager to lead luxury sales and manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline.

You will interpret advanced plumbing plans, upsell premium fixtures, and build relationships with interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, consultative selling, and driving project-based packages in a premier showroom.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume retail or trade sales.
• Experience with decorative plumbing or luxury building products.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and plumbing specifications.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom traffic, trade leads, and consultations into high-margin sales.
• Read and interpret complex plumbing plans to upsell and package full-house fixture solutions.
• Proactively manage relationships with designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Own end-to-end account operations: follow-up, pricing, quotes, and vendor coordination.
• Highlight premium lines and position Watersource as the region's luxury fixture destination.
• Develop and retain a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline.
