Renaissance Tile & Bath in the Atlanta metropolitan area is seeking a Plumbing Sales Specialist to guide clients from concept to completion in a showroom. This full-time on-site role focuses on high-end plumbing product selection, personalized service, and building lasting client relationships.

You will greet clients, assess project needs, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with designers and trades to ensure accurate specifications and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills to engage clients and support collaborative design.
• Sales experience with plumbing or related building materials, with demonstrated ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Professional phone etiquette for inquiries, follow-up, and coordination with trade partners.
• Basic understanding of finishes, fixtures, and materials to support product recommendations.
• Ability to learn technical product details, read plans or specifications, and communicate options clearly to clients.
• Comfort working in a design-focused showroom environment with attention to aesthetics and detail.
• Organizational skills for managing quotes, orders, and timelines in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
• Prior experience in plumbing, bath, kitchen, or luxury home design sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in the showroom; listen to project needs and recommend plumbing fixtures and complementary products.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate product specifications.
• Maintain product knowledge; follow up on leads; provide updates on order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support installation and delivery.
