Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential interior design experience with a portfolio that proves it.
• Strong working knowledge of 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
• A refined eye for color, scale, materials, and luxury detailing.
• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and teammates.
• Highly organized and process oriented.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact.
• Someone who already has a baseline of AI and is actively learning to leverage this technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate their vision into beautiful, functional design.
• Produce detailed design plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, floor plans, and elevations.
• Select all materials and build selection sheets clients fall in love with.
• Run point on design quality from kickoff through final walkthrough.
• Stay current on materials, trends, and technology, including AI, to deliver informed recommendations.
