The role focuses on translating client visions into high-end designs, producing layouts, renderings, mood boards, and material selections for premium kitchens, baths, and whole-home updates.

With a strong track record in Central Florida, the ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and proficiency in 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential interior design experience
• Strong working knowledge of 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
• A refined eye for color, scale, materials, and luxury detailing
• Excellent communication with clients and teammates
• Highly organized and process oriented
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus

Revive Design and Renovation is expanding into Orlando in a major way. We are opening the nicest design showroom in Orlando, located in Winter Park, and building the design team that will define our standard in Central Florida for decades to come. We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer who has the talent, drive, and skillsets to help us set that standard.

What You Will Own

• Partner with clients to translate their vision into beautiful, functional design

• Run point on design quality from kickoff through final walkthrough
• Stay current on materials, trends, and technology, including AI, to deliver informed recommendations

• 5+ years of residential interior design experience with a portfolio that proves it
• Strong working knowledge of 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent
• A refined eye for color, scale, materials, and luxury detailing

• Competitive base salary aligned with senior level experience
• Commission on every design change order. Our Tampa designers earn an average of $3,000 to $6,000 per month in commissions
• Performance bonuses tied to client satisfaction and team contribution
• First year total compensation target of $100,000 to $140,000+
