Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for our Orlando, Florida studio to translate client needs into cohesive interior design solutions and produce drawings supporting the conceptual direction. The role requires collaboration with the architectural team and the ability to present ideas effectively.

You will lead space planning, interior architecture, materials, palettes, and FFE, mentoring staff and contributing to firm branding and competitive submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer preferred.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or complex interior design projects with clients.
• Inspire creativity and design excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to boost education, visibility, and recruiting.
• Support business development, proposals, and conferences.
• Identify, recruit, and interview design staff.
• Mentor design staff to grow their careers.
• Ensure high quality design across the project and firm.
• Develop and implement the firm's brand and marketing materials.
• Oversee design submissions and competitions.
• Engage staff in design discussions and leverage design tools.
