Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Bonita Springs, FL home office. You will manage interior design and FFE processes for renovations and new developments, coordinating with architects, branding teams, and consultants to deliver well-coordinated design solutions.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in interior design or architecture and 5–7 years in multi-family/hospitality environments, with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program.
• Minimum 5-7 years of broad design experience with emphasis on multi-family and/or hospitality projects.
• Experience with upscale multi-family and hospitality projects; including residential units, hotels and restaurants in a mixed-use, urban setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to determine design goals, branding, budget.
• Lead design and procurement for renovation projects; coordinate with vendors/subcontractors.
• Direct and mentor other designers on the team.
• Develop design concepts that meet project needs and objectives.
• Review design documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
