Qualifications

• 20+ years of construction experience in high-end custom residential construction.
• 10+ years of experience as a carpenter or other trade experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct day-to-day site activities for large, complex custom residential projects.
• Lead site logistics, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Build, maintain, and communicate the project schedule.
