Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent for Residential Construction to oversee all stages of luxury home builds across South Florida, from Jupiter to West Palm. The ideal candidate will manage construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.

Qualifications

5+ years in a senior supervisory role in residential construction.
Experience in site management, project management, and blueprint reading.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet timeline and budget.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate work of construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Review and interpret construction blueprints according to plans and specs.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
Implement and monitor quality controls to maintain high construction standards.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet timelines and budget.
Resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and engineers about progress and changes.
Provide leadership and direction to construction crews to foster productivity.
