Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in custom homes.
• Proven scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Strong leadership and team management with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project lifecycle, including scheduling, safety, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors; ensure clear expectations and responsibilities.
• Review daily progress to keep projects on schedule and address delays promptly.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and proper construction techniques.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Manage the budget and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Review contract terms with stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other construction specialists.
• Communicate project updates to team and stakeholders.
• Address issues and customer service concerns promptly.
