Qualifications

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and lead project teams through design and build phases.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost analysis for projects.
• Proactively handle changes, RFPs, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough management of project schedule, budget, resources, and documentation.
• Maintain timely communication with team, field, client, and design partners.
• Value engineer as needed with cost analysis and recommendations.
• Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors including contracts and scopes of work.
• Manage material submittals, change orders, take-offs, pricing, and orders.
• Review shop drawings and assist in project closeout and warranties.
