Job summary

Nautilus Homes in Sarasota, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners to deliver exceptional homes on time and within budget.

You'll manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and site visits, and partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in custom residential construction.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing luxury custom homes preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software (Procore certification is a plus).
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Florida residential construction, permitting, and building codes.

• Deliver custom homes on schedule, within budget, and to Nautilus Homes' quality standards.
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Anticipate project challenges and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain organized project documentation and financial accuracy.
• Contribute to the exceptional client experience that has become synonymous with the Nautilus Homes brand.
