Job summary

B&H Specialty Construction, a Florida-based family-owned Design-Build General Contractor, seeks a Project Manager in Sarasota to oversee luxury residential and commercial projects from planning to completion.

You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor site progress, and ensure codes and safety standards. Collaboration with clients, architects, and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
• Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities (permits, inspections, materials).
• Inspection and quality control skills to verify work against plans, codes and standards.
• Logistics management across multiple job sites for labor, equipment and materials.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes and building codes.
• Clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in construction management software and standard office tools.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role in construction.
• Education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
