• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focusing on retention and repeat business.
• Conduct proactive client outreach including appointments, follow-ups, phone sales, and after-sales service.
• Provide styling advice and product expertise to guide client purchases.
• Support onboarding and development of colleagues by sharing product knowledge and best practices.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
