Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and lead teams with clear standards and accountability.
• Expert in service analytics, scheduling, dispatch, and using Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisors, Technicians, and staff with coaching and accountability.
• Own service workflow from check-in to delivery with clear promises and communication.
• Drive productivity, quality, and customer experience while protecting brand standards.
• Collaborate with Parts and Accounting for seamless operations and CSI targets.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent with structured training and reviews.
• Manage financial performance including gross, ELR, expenses, and warranty recovery.
