Job summary

Qualifications

• Science or engineering degree.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in lubricant development and formulation support.
• Broad knowledge of BP's lubricant products, composition, manufacture, and application.
• Understanding of interfaces across sales, marketing, supply chain and R&D within Castrol teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide central technical support to all product areas for trials.
• Input to tenders and OEM approvals across multiple countries.
• Manage raw material shortages and regulatory issues affecting multiple countries.
• Resolve customer issues escalated by Technology Deployment Hubs.
• Lead field trials and ensure proper execution with sites.
