Job summary

Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Business Office Manager to oversee accounts receivable, resident billing, payroll, AP, central supply, and the Resident Trust Fund.

You will administer distribution and inventory of resident care supplies under the Administrator, assist with nursing department supplies and medical records, and bring BOM and long-term care experience plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BOM experience or a similar role required.
• Central supply experience preferred.
• Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred.
• Must have CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• The Business Office Manager will assist with accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and Resident Trust Fund under the Administrator.
• Administer the distribution and inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist in preparing nursing department supplies and medical records.
