Job summary

Boswell Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey. The role focuses on environmental due diligence, site assessments, remediation projects, and client engagement. Lead projects to meet budgets and schedules while mentoring staff.

The position entails pre-bid site walks, client interactions, and occasional staff training, with primary office-based duties in South Hackensack or East Brunswick.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in environmental due diligence and remediation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Current LSRP Certification in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience with proposal preparation and project budget and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within budgets and timeframes: due diligence, ESAs, and remediation.
• Lead proposal and business development efforts, estimates and project planning.
• Mentor staff regarding NJDEP, NYS DEC, US EPA, and NYC OER regulations.
• Prepare project-specific Health and Safety Plans (HASPs) and mentor staff in safety procedures.
