Job summary

First Environment is seeking a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to join as Project Manager in Butler, NJ. This role leads remediation projects, interfaces with clients and regulators, and drives growth in our SI&R practice.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ LSRP license with a related engineering or geology degree, strong communication, and the ability to manage teams across project lifecycles. Hybrid schedule with three days in the Butler office is required.

Qualifications

• Active LSRP license in New Jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel; GIS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site investigation and remediation projects in NJ (and select out-of-state).
• Manage projects through all phases ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate project team, schedules, and budgets.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and internal staff.
• Assist in proposal development and business development as needed.
