Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB) seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager / Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to lead NJ site investigation and remediation projects within the SI&R practice. Position offers flexibility to be based in Manasquan, Newark, or Princeton, NJ.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, client relations, and mentorship across a multidisciplinary team, with strong New Jersey client networks and access to extensive technical resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Site Remediation Professional licensure required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting, site investigation, and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and lead environmental site investigation and remediation projects throughout New Jersey.
• Serve as Senior Project Manager and LSRP for NJDEP regulatory cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective, compliant remediation solutions.
• Manage due diligence, site investigation, remedial investigation, remedial action, soil management, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare, coordinate, and review technical reports and regulatory deliverables for clients and agencies.
• Provide mentorship and management of junior staff and oversee budgets and client service.
