Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Licensed Site Professional to lead environmental remediation projects in Massachusetts. You will plan, execute and finalize investigations and remediation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-budget delivery for complex sites.

As LSP-of-Record, you will mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, prepare technical reports, and maintain strong client relationships through all project milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have 14+ years of relevant work experience investigating/remediating sites in Massachusetts (MassDEP).
• Massachusetts LSP licensure is a prerequisite for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering or similar discipline.
• Current 40-hour HAZWOPER trained.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet technical, regulatory, quality, scheduling, and budgetary requirements.
• Plan and implement site investigations and remedial activities at various sites.
• Prepare and review regulatory and technical reports.
• Coordinate the efforts of Partner team members to effectively complete and deliver projects according to schedule / budget.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Partner team members and the Client to successfully deliver a quality product.
