Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a seasoned LR&G Program Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. You will coordinate senior leadership reviews, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, change management and/or strategic project planning & execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale and risk.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and apply strategic frameworks to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Highly collaborative with track record of effective cross-functional leadership and proven ability to influence at all levels.
• Enterprise thinker with ability to ‘connect the dots.’

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate senior leader review mechanisms of LR&G strategic goals and initiatives.
• Project manages the execution of large scale, highly complex LR&G initiatives, serving as a strategic and executional partner to LR&G senior leadership.
• Drive strategic execution, program management, integration and change management in support of strategic projects across the organization.
• Lead the identification of and the portfolio management of Legal, Risk Governance strategic and innovation projects.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in defining and tracking project goals, deliverables, milestones, resources, budget and schedule.
• Identify and manage critical interdependencies, determine areas of risk, and provide the level of executional leadership to successfully deliver projects.
• Support prioritizing of workstreams and track progress against objectives.
• Provide timely communications to project leadership and key stakeholders on overall status and roadmap for key strategic programs.
• Support development of project management capability in LR&G and in alignment with enterprise best practices, project governance frameworks and processes and toolkits which will be applied throughout the organization.
• Support change management efforts at Ulta Beauty on critical complex programs and initiatives, designing and executing change strategies within and across key enterprise initiatives
