Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Legal, Risk, Governance and Compliance to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with LR&G strategy.

You will lead complex programs, coordinate with senior leaders, and shape governance processes to deliver value. This role emphasizes strategic planning, execution excellence, and change management across the enterprise, with a hybrid work model and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• Experience leading complex enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate senior leader review mechanisms of LR&G strategic goals and initiatives.
• Project manages the execution of large scale, highly complex LR&G initiatives, partnering with LR&G senior leadership.
• Drive strategic execution, program management, integration and change management across the organization.
• Lead identification and portfolio management of LR&G strategic and innovation projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining and tracking project goals, milestones, resources, budgets and schedules.
• Identify interdependencies, risks, and provide execution leadership to deliver projects.
• Support prioritizing of workstreams and track progress against objectives.
• Provide timely communications to project leadership and key stakeholders on status and roadmap.
