Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in Strategy, Finance, or Marketing.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
• 2+ years of consulting at a top-tier firm strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term and annual strategic planning for the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations to translate strategy for Investor Day.
• Structure problems and develop frameworks for complex business issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives to assess strategic opportunities.
• Develop executive-level materials and facilitate workshops with senior leadership.
• Identify white space opportunities and articulate strategic rationale with data-driven insights.
• Expand cross-functional network to identify strategic priorities across the organization.
• Excel in strategy development including problem solving, business analysis, and project management.
