Job summary

Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, WA is seeking Senior LPNs for Full Time and Part Time roles across shifts.

The LPN will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team, and implement individualized care plans per federal, state, and local standards to support residents. Qualified candidates hold a WA LPN license, BLS certification, and have LTC experience; supervisory experience is valued, with additional qualifications for Senior Nurse roles

Qualifications

• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse required at hire.
• Within 30 days: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year LTC staff nurse experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants preferred.
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team recommended.
• 1 year LTC geriatric experience preferred.
• Additional qualifications for 5 Center Primary Nurse: teaching, 3–5 years direct care, MDS/RAI experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer individualized, comprehensive, resident-centered Plan of Care per applicable standards.

Job description

Providence is calling for Senior Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington. We have Full Time and Part Time openings in various shifts.

The Licensed Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. In collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized, comprehensive and Resident centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator, Administrator, Director of Nursing, Primary Care Nurse or Resident.
