Job summary

Safety National in St. Louis seeks an LPM Analyst III to bridge IT strategy, portfolio performance, and financial insights to drive informed decisions across the enterprise.

You’ll lead IT KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into costs, risks, and outcomes while partnering with stakeholders to ensure measures are actionable and linked to business value. You’ll translate IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios, manage budgets and forecasting with Finance, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe principles.
• Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool.
• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the St. Louis Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and communicate IT-specific KPIs and metrics.
• Develop dashboards/visualizations for real-time IT performance, costs, risks, and outcomes.
• Monitor IT budget processes, forecast spending with Finance, and integrate financial metrics into portfolio reporting.
• Translate IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives.
