Job summary

Vinfen in Massachusetts seeks an ACCS GLE/SIE Program Director to oversee Group Living Environments and Supported Independent Environments, directing residential staff and ensuring alignment with Treatment Plans as guided by the LPHA Clinician.

The role focuses on licensing compliance, quality improvement, and facilitating timely transitions for Persons Served, while integrating evidence-based practices and community resources to support independent living in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may substitute in some cases.
• Certification as Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner preferred.
• Minimum of one year in progressively responsible human services functions required.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote engagement, housing permanency, community tenure, and self-sufficiency for Persons Served (PS).
• Oversee a GLE or SIE residential site’s systems, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Housing Coordinator to facilitate transitions to/from the residence.
• Ensure Treatment Plan interventions are completed per LPHA Clinician direction.
• Provide supervision of residential staff and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain licensing adherence and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.
• Support trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered, culturally competent practices.
• Ensure on-going care coordination and relationship-building with PS, families, and external providers.
