EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Loyalty & Promotions Consultant to join Empathy Lab in North America. The role supports designing loyalty programs, membership experiences, and subscription models to drive growth for major brands across QSR, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and more.

You will work with senior leads and cross-functional teams, shaping offerings and delivering client engagements while expanding expertise in loyalty and promotions strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, agency, or client-side marketing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication to translate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support development of loyalty programs, offer strategies, and subscription models.
• Contribute to end-to-end program design, including business cases and go-to-market approaches.
• Collaborate with data, experience design, and delivery teams to execute client projects.
• Prepare materials and viewpoints to align solutions with client needs.
• Assist new business development with research, proposals, and RFPs.
