Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is hiring a Loyalty & Promotions Consultant to join Empathy Lab in North America. You will support design and delivery of loyalty programs, membership experiences, and subscription models across QSR, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and beyond.

Working with senior practice leads and cross-functional teams, you will shape offerings, contribute to client engagements, and grow expertise in this expanding area of marketing consulting. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, agency or client-side marketing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to business challenges.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development of client recommendations across loyalty programs and subscription models.
• Contribute to end-to-end program design including business cases and go-to-market approaches.
• Collaborate with data, experience design and delivery teams to execute integrated client projects.
• Prepare materials and viewpoints to align solutions with client needs.
• Assist in new business development, including research and proposal content.
