Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, development, or related roles.
• Experience working for a SaaS software provider, preferably in marketing technology, customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, or customer experience solutions.
• Direct experience in customer loyalty, loyalty program management, customer engagement, retention marketing, CRM marketing, data & analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success bringing software products from concept through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for the loyalty platform.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, data, analytics, and customer teams to translate AI & personalization concepts into scalable product functionality.
• Stay current on trends and competitive offerings in loyalty, marketing technology, and AI-driven personalization.
