Job summary

We seek candidates with 5+ years in technology, leadership experience, and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years technology experience within CEC or similar company.
• 1+ years of leadership experience within CEC or similar company.
• 3 safety related certifications (preferred).
• Industry certs can be obtained during the first year of employment to meet minimum qualifications when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review project information with key personnel to address questions.
• Plan projects by coordinating resources, access, PPE, and equipment with PM.
• Review system functionality and plan with customers; verify locations and hazards.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and review milestones; ensure safety.
• Lead daily work plans; conduct safety inspections and QA for compliance.
• Communicate SOW changes to project leads and adapt plans accordingly.
• Inspect installation to CEC standards; mentor others and finalize documentation.
• Create punch lists, perform testing, coordinate customer training, finalize docs.
• Perform basic programming and connect systems to networks as assigned.
• Assist with on-site training and mentoring of less experienced team members.
• Support service tickets and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Note: This is a safety sensitive position.
