Job summary

You will review project plans with the team, coordinate resources, perform site evaluations, mentor junior staff, and support the 24/7 on-call rotation. A minimum of 5+ years of technology experience and leadership is required, with safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology experience within CEC or similar company.
• 1+ years of leadership experience within CEC or similar company
• 3 safety related certifications (preferred)
• 2 industry certifications (preferred) such as NICET, Bicsi, CTS

Responsibilities

• Lead physical installation of communications systems on projects.
• Coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment with Project Manager.
• Review system functionality with customer and conduct site walk-throughs.
• Inspect project installation and ensure compliance with CEC quality standards.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support the 24/7 On-Call rotation.
• Submit documentation and finalize project milestones upon completion.
