Job summary

VIP Systems is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee luxury high-rise technology infrastructure projects in South Florida. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, developers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in project management within low-voltage or related construction sectors, with strong knowledge of structured cabling, access control, and building

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage systems or related construction industries.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, access control, network infrastructure, and integrated building technologies.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, specs, and contracts; experience with schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring milestones and contractual obligations are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks; coordinate with developers, general contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project closeout packages.
• Prepare change orders and support monthly billing and revenue forecasting.
