Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control.
• Working knowledge of local/national codes.
• Able to read plans and install panels, boxes and wiring.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HazCom and national codes; valid driver's license; able to pass drug screen.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair low voltage panels, wiring and devices.
• Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Perform system testing and signal verification.
• Maintain truck stock/inventory and organize resources for tasks.
• Document service hours and tasks; timely reporting.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
