Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• Must have one (1) or more years of experience.
• Working knowledge of trouble shooting enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems.
• Reading drawings/blueprints and wiring schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Services, troubleshoots and repairs low voltage panels, wiring and devices.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory and tools.
• Documents service hours and activity promptly.
