Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a mid-to-senior Low Voltage Systems Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure installations from planning through commissioning.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and compliant with NEC, NFPA, and local codes, while mentoring technicians and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on low voltage systems experience and 3+ years PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of security, fire alarm, telecoms, and A/V systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple low voltage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, GC contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, ensure NEC/NFPA compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Lead project teams, manage changes, and maintain safety standards.
