Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Project Manager in New York, NY to lead complex electrical/low-voltage projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules and customer relationships on high-profile commercial and healthcare assignments.

Ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years in low-voltage construction and strong proficiency with structured cabling, fiber, security, DAS and AV systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of low-voltage construction/project management experience
• Experience with structured cabling/data, fiber, security/access control, DAS, AV
• Commercial and/or healthcare project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of drawings, scope and field execution

Responsibilities

• Manage low-voltage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders and profitability
• Manage project schedules, scope and overall execution
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, subcontractors and internal teams
• Review drawings, plans and project documentation
• Partner with superintendents and field leadership throughout construction
• Monitor project costs, risks and schedule performance
• Support project documentation, billing, change management and closeout
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
