Job summary

Jobot in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial low-voltage and technology infrastructure projects across the greater New York area. You will lead projects from award through closeout, coordinating access control, CCTV, fiber optics, structured cabling and related systems with clients, GCs and vendors.

The role emphasizes budget and schedule performance, safety, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial low-voltage construction.
• Experience managing access control, CCTV, security systems, cabling, fiber optics and related tech infrastructure.
• Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance oversight.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial low-voltage projects from award through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, GC and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, schedules, labor utilization and profitability.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors and material procurement.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and project scope.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation and closeout.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Support business development through relationship management.
