Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Lead Technician for our Atlanta projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coordinating installation teams, interpreting drawings, and ensuring safe, on-time project completion.

You will install and test data cabling, access control, CCTV, and related security systems, while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining high quality workmanship on long-term commercial deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial low voltage experience.
• 2+ years leading crews on commercial projects.
• Strong experience with access control and IP CCTV systems.
• Familiar with manufacturers such as LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, Brivo, Openpath, AMAG, Software House (CCURE), Gallagher, Bosch, or Honeywell.
• Proficient in pulling, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting copper and fiber cabling.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on commercial low voltage and security installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Coordinate daily tasks with project managers and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Ensure all work complies with customer specifications and industry standards.
