Job summary

Citadel Access Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage & Security Systems Technician to oversee a two-person installation team and manage installation, testing, and commissioning of access control, CCTV, gate operators, telephone entry systems, networking, cabling, and AV systems.

This hands-on leadership role requires mentoring junior technicians, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining quality standards across projects in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading installation crews in low-voltage/security fields.
• Experience installing/ troubleshooting access control, CCTV, telephone entry, and related systems.
• Strong understanding of wiring practices, electrical fundamentals, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person installation team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring safety and quality.
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and commission access control, CCTV, gate operators, and AV systems.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers, customers, and vendors to complete projects.
