Job summary

Plugout is seeking a seasoned Lead Technician to spearhead on-site physical security installations. You will guide field crews, collaborate with the Project Manager, and ensure high-quality completion of access control, CCTV, and intercom systems at client sites.

Join a hands-on team that values safety, clear communication, and meeting project timelines across multiple on-site locations. This role is fully on-site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site security installations.
• Ability to manage crews and scheduling.
• Strong safety practices and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation crews on access control, cameras, intrusion, and intercom systems.
• Plan and communicate weekly work to the crew and maintain project schedule.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and Electrical Contractor; act as primary on-site contact.
• Ensure installation meets quality standards; test and document before closeout.
• Enforce site safety; conduct regular safety briefings and address unsafe conditions.
• Update Project Manager on progress, materials, blockers, and site issues.
