Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Lead Technician to coordinate onsite cabling projects in commercial spaces. You will report to the Project Foreman and Manager, supervise 5+ technicians, plan manpower, and track progress to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety and quality standards while meeting deadlines. Strong English, blueprints, and tool knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead projects and supervise teams of 5+ technicians.
• Read blueprints and manage all aspects of project planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication with accurate timesheets.
• Terminate jacks, patch panels, 66/110 blocks and follow color codes.
• Use Fluke testers to verify voice/data connections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects, directing 5+ technicians and meeting daily goals.
• Plan site manpower and manage material and labor through completion.
• Set crew objectives, track progress and report to management.
• Ensure safety, HR compliance and project deadlines.
• Maintain quality and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee account coordination and direct customer interactions.
• Prepare and communicate status reports to customers and PMs.
