Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced engineer to design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS) for advanced signature control systems. You will collaborate with integrated product teams to integrate cutting-edge techniques into deliverables and assess overall system performance.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of related experience (or an advanced STEM degree with 3+ years), and a Secret Security Clearance. Onsite work applies in this U.S.-based role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
• You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
